Return Policy


All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by Xymyes Marketing may be returned to Xymyes Marketing in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy. 
 

Xymyes Marketing gives you the option to return or replace the product within 7 days of receipt of the order in the following circumstances. Upon approval of the return, the customer will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.  

  • Received the Incorrect Product from what was mentioned in the order.
  • Received incorrect flavour from what was mentioned in the order.
  • The product is damaged.
In Case of any of these issues, Xymyes Marketing will gladly help you resolve the matter. You may be asked to provide images and details of your transaction to the team to verify the issue. Once verified, we will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note. All actions taken with regard to cancellation, refund, replacement and credit are completely at the discretion of the brand

In the below-mentioned cases, Returns & Exchanges are not possible.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges, such as those listed below

  • Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
  • For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to another, etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our products.
  • The return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use, or the product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • The outer delivery carton of the product is not sealed. In this circumstance, please do not accept the order from the courier.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and MRP labels.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
  • Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

 

Cancellation Policy


At Xymyes Marketing, we offer free cancellation at any time—even after your order has been dispatched. If you choose to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days after the cancellation is processed.  




You can easily cancel your order by visiting the “My Orders” section on our official website, or by reaching out to us through email or WhatsApp support. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
